This is my teal leather jacket by Denim & Company.  If you are not familiar with this brand it is QVC ‘s brand and this jacket can be found Here.  I purchased it when it was on sale and had a payment plan available.  I love that I can get more expensive items on no interest payments.  Check back often as they have specials where most items have 6 payments which is the most they offer.

This is what I wore to go out for dinner and drinks for my friends birthday.  She shares the same b’day as my younger brother.  I had a nice chat with him today.  He is the father to my 10 year old niece and I am so proud of him and the role he plays in her life.  Funny that my father passed away when he was just twelve, yet he is so much like him.  

We got the news and the Cayman Island Trip is definitely on! DH  gets a packet tomorrow with all the details!  Now is crunch time and I have so much to do by getting extra blog posts ready, which my son will post for me.  I also have to make home school  assignments that Connor can do without my supervision and get a haircut, try to fit in a few tanning sessions, finalize what to pack and get groceries the kids will do on their own.  Gonna be a busy time!

I am leaving some time and energy to day dream about para sailing and horseback riding!!!

Gratitude:  I am so grateful that this trip came through as we both would have been so sad if it hadn’t.  I am grateful that Tom will be in the Cayman’s on the anniversary of his brother’s death and celebrating life, not working!  I am grateful to have responsible children and no worries about leaving.  I am grateful for my children being just as excited for us to have this vacation as we are… I am grateful that  my hubby went to Walmart and got all toiletries and sunscreen so that’s checked off the list!
