A Reminder of yesterday’s look

This look definitely has a winter vibe to it but today’s is very much Spring inspired! 

I love this color combo of the green and purple and an opportunity to wear my ruffled purple ballet flats... I bought these last year and on clearance from DSW and will probably wear them as often as I can this Spring… To me, they are equal to the feeling my navy blue suede boots provide…

I love how relaxed I look in this pose as that is how this outfit felt, Easy-Breezy comes to mind... This purple top is one I scored last spring from Chadwick’s of Boston on clearance – my favorite way to score new items.  I loved it so much I bought it in Cobalt as well.  You can’t see the flowy-sheer Dolman sleeves, but you will next time I wear it in Spring.

Welcome to my head, because that is what I thought when I first saw this pose….

 Dear Readers, Today is the last day of Winter  ,but wouldn’t you know it we have a warm front  and temps in the mid 60′s today, then plunging temperatures for the first day of Spring?  Come back for tomorrow’s look and my Weight Watcher Weigh In Day results… and to see what piece I carry over for the Remix Challenge!  

Gratitude:  I am grateful that I had the energy to push past Connor’s stubbornness today and get our home-school  goals accomplished, even though I was exhausted from lack of sleep(patting myself on the back here!).  I am grateful for the conversation with my 26 year old regarding the shift of going out to bars and being much happier with other activities (he skipped an invitation from friends for St. Patrick’s Day even though he is a one or two drink kinda guy).  I am grateful for the phone call from my daughter to just get some “Mom Love” as her stress to finish her Bachelor’s degree amps up!  I am grateful for the weekend and fun with friends. I am grateful to my best friend for her sweet text yesterday!
