It’s tourist season here in Virginia Beach and that means lots of free concerts at the beach.  This is why I love living here!!!

This is what I wore for my first beach concert of the season last night.  We saw a locals band The Heard and they were fantastic, playing everything from Reggae to some great 80’s numbers.    I didn’t sit still at all and just  had to move to every song they played…  I love the cool breeze coming from the ocean and walking on the boardwalk as well. 

Hey, at least I wore this sweater right away... The shorts are byWorthington and purchased online from JCP in the winter months for a crazy low clearance price..  Shoes are Mootsie Tootsies from Burlington Coat Factory last year.  My tassle necklace is by Avon

My purse is by Harold Feinstein via QVC and the the perfect crossbody for summer concerts at the oceanfront.  This purse has very special meaning to me as I had several encounters with blue butterflies in the months after my mother’s passing and now associate them with her.
