These are my recent purchases, none of which are thrifted…

I loved this shade and the neckline detail of this t-shirt that I like to refer to as Peacock color.  I found this at BJ’s for $12.99

This is the second LizWear T-shrit I purchased at BJ’s along with the olive one worn yesterday… for just $10 at BJ”s

I love the ease and versatility of a good t-shirt dress and this Calvin Klein from Burlington Coat Factory for just $24.99  was a real score in my world! This will be multi- seasonal and a great layering piece.  

This sheer blouse with roll tab sleeves and the tie at the waist was just $7.98 on clearance at Burlington.

This is my new faux leather grey jacket I found at Wilson’s when I went to Williamsburg Prime Outlests for clearance at just $29.99.  So happy to add grey to my leather or faux ones which now includes, cream,blush, burgundy, and olive.   I had a beautiful rich purple one i had to give up due to the weight loss which  I’m on the lookout to replace. 

These are my daughter’s new shoes that literally made her light up like a Christams tree and like she did when she was 8 ,put on immediately after paying for them…

These shoes were ones I purchased from Goodwill that my daughter saw and tried on and loved, so think I’m giving them up to her.  I have lots of shoes and she needs more grown up versions and since they fit despite our feet being a half size difference I am happpy to let them go.

Gratitude

I am grateful to see the fruits of my friendship in which I have helped a friend go from victim to strong!  It’s been quite a journey!

I am grateful to my parents for teaching me what was right and wrong and what we deserve in our lives.  

I am grateful for this blog and how much fun I have with other bloggers and the cyber friendships that are developing.
