Copycat Monday

Posted on: August 19, 2013

I was very inspired when I saw this photo on Thrift and Shout and just knew i had the right pieces to make this look my own  and delighted with  another way to showcase my olive vest.

This is one master thrifter , Lindsey!

I thrited this dress at the beginning of my blogging journey, but haven’t worn it much!

A simple gold bangle and hoop earrings are all I needed with such a strong print!

My husband complimented my shoes while photographing this shot and I love these  slingbacks myself…I told him he needs to take me on a cruise so I can have 7 nights of dressing up  for dinner and excuses to wear all my heels.. He agreed as he likes dressing up as well!

Dear Readers, i hope you all enjoyed a nice weekend, I’m in Nags Head, NC and after a weekend of freinds hanging out with us, they will be leaving and then it’s quality time with my two youngest and hubby!  I’ve pre-written posts for the week and hope you’ll come by and visit...

i actually would love it if, you my Dear Readers, wouild be so kind as to leave a Gratitude of your very own in the comments section to inspire me, and others this week in my absence.. I will be reading them and hope you will participate!

What is one thing you are Grateful for Today!

I am grateful for the perfectly, gorgeous weather we’ve been having!

Good weather is something not to be taken for granted we were wuppose to have several days of clouds and rain on our vacation, but we had only one day of clouds and the remainder were beautiful!!

Love that vest…that’s such a versatile piece! Love your slingback shoes as well. You look lovely.
Today is my 35th wedding anniversary, and I’m so grateful for my dear husband!

I was so itching to reply to this on vacation, but my tablet keyboard covered things and made it impossible. Congratulations on 35 Years of Marriage!!!!! Amazing and something that really deserves celebration!

I am grateful that tomorrow I get to spend the day with my daughter lunching and shopping for her new condo.
This is a great look, Tracey. I love that I get so many ideas on how to put outfits together from other bloggers that I would have never thought of on my own. It really expands your wardrobe!

Spending time with adult children is something to be grateful for and how exciting to be looking for a home with her!

I’m grateful that wonderful, amazing women like you read my blog posts every week. Enjoy your vacation 😉

Charming interpretation! Love the brown … it feels tricky to wear right now, but you’ve done it well!

This vest looks so good on you every time 🙂

thanks, I stalked and did a lot of research to find this one and am very happy with my choice and have worn it often.

This is my first time visit at here and i am actually impressed
to read everthing at alone place.

I appreciate your asking and by all means share what you wish but please provide links to my blog.
