Debuting my new pink and white Oxfords...
I definitely needed some flats besides ballet ones for Fall and Winter so added these oxfords in two colors…
As a woman who embraces feminintiy as one of her style descriptors , pink oxfords with pink laces are a must!
These lighter shades are quite a diference from yestredays brights. I love the feminintiy of this flowy top and matching it with the striped sweater…Fastest photo shoot to date, as it was a few sprinkles at first then became heavier mist as we were finishing…
Top and Sweater, Thrifted
Blush Jeans, Gloria Vanderbilt
Purse, Marc Bouwer via QVC (last year)
I sure am getting comfortable with pattern mixing… with the snakeskin purse I have three here.
I almost chickened out on the purse, but didn’t see an option I liked better.. After seeing photos, I think it works fine.
Only wore earrings, as I thought with the pattern mixing there was enough going on…
Dear Readers, I took a day off of homeschooling since Connor and I were both having sinus issues and headaches today… For some reason I have a high tolerance to pain, but really can’t stand that my youngest was suffering headaches for the first time . I sure hope tomorrow is a better day after switching up the meds today!
So Dear Readers, what do you think of my daring to go with three prints here???
Gratitude
I am so grateful that my youngest is a pleasant sick guy!
I am grateful to my daughter for helping to clean up today.
I am grateful that rain didn’t ruin my picture session.
I am grateful to my husband for wiorking so hard for our family.
I am grateful that my husband will have a few days off work this week and that we will take advantage of this and have some quality time.

I LOVE this outfit!! Love the oxfords.. I have a black/white pair that I break out every now and then when I am having flash backs to the 50’s and 60’s…. You seem to find the cutest thrifted tops and sweaters…

These oxfords are absolutely the sweetest! You did a great job pattern mixing. It works since you kept with the same color scheme.
Hope you all are feeling better soon!
