With our temperatures soaring back up to the 80’s I was grateful for the Pinterest Inspiration day as I am over summer clothing,
so Pinterst to the rescue!
Linking Up with Pinned iIt and Did It!, Wardrobe Wednesday
Wearing the lace Fedora since I am still dealing with migraine’s and didn’t feel lilke styling my hair… I didn’t even put eye make-up on since my sunglasses cover everything…. A great trick to get the job done when you aren’t at your best… Could have kept these secrets to myself, but thought it might help another blogger some day …
I love the toughness of the moto vest playing so niceley with the femininity of a polk a dot skirt.
This original photo is from A Trendy Life
Is it funny that I am using a much younger girl as inspiration?
I just love any outfit that represents the ying/yang of feminine with a little toughness.
I could easily switch this more casual look to a date night look by switching out the flats for strappy sandals, which
would edge it up a little more!
Dear Readers, When I awoke this morning and frist moved my head and felt the migraine pain, I got up and took mirgaine meds along with two sinus medications. It helped the pain tremendously, but not the halo effect of tunnel vision and nauseau ….. Still it was a much better day than the previous two. Hoping tomorrow shows even more improvement. I forgot how bad this could be since it’s been over ten years since I had it this bad…
More Importantly, Today as you read this is my oldest child’s 27th birthday! I can’t beliieve it and wish he would let me take his photos to show you his great style, but he is more private and introverted. I am so proud of the wise young man he is and love the choices he makes for himself. I can’t wait to see him reach his dream of being a college professor and can so picture him doing this and being very happy. He has always seemed to me to have an “old soul” and is full of wisdom to impart. He may be wise but also has great touches of humor and insights into the world that are very much like Jerry Seinfeld. Anyone lucky to know him , can attest to his impersonation skills , which funny enough led him to doing amazing in French with his teacher thinking he had been speaking it from a very young age. I could go on and on about this wonderful young man, but instead I would like to thank him for being my test child and leading the way for me to learn from him and become a better mother to his siblings. I know that I am the mother to my youngest directly due to my experineces with him.
Go Ahead, I know it’s shocking that I have a child that age….
I was just 21 when he was born!

You nailed it! And you don’t look a day over 25. So…it’s a shock you have a 27 year old!
