Pinterest Inspirations- White Jeans
Posted February 18, 2014
on:Well, my first venture into the Rockin Body DVD left me with very sore calves and I never made it out of my pj’s for the day… I think perhaps doing the workout in my stocking feet was not a good thing… If interested Here is a link to some reviews of the workout.
I bought this Isqueez foot and calf massager a few years ago for my husband for Christmas and used it a few times through out the day and tried walking it off, with some progress….I found this photo on Amazon with none of this version available, but they have other versions like this one...
I am really looking forward to Spring and thought I would share a few inspirations for
White Jeans…
I recently bought a cute yellow blazer on Ebay and I have a sequined grey t-shirt that will make a good copycat version. I love the glittery necklace, but will abstain since my shirt has shine already.
Navy stripes with yellow and orange accessories is right up my alley…
Navy stripes again with pink blazer… I think subbing a green sweater or jacket would be yet another option…Instead of stripes I could change this up to my navy top with white anchors…
Cobalt and leopard are both in my wardrobe… I love this version, but could do a leapard top with a cobalt scarf as well…
This vest is tan, but I would use my olive utility vest
Grey with a grey print scarf and a purple purse…I have purple pumps that would look cute here…
Navy and tan with a pop of orange…
Black and white with red… While this again has stripes and black and white print top could work..
Mint, yellow and hot pink wiht nude shoes….
Dear Readers, white bottoms really offer endless possibilities. If white jeans aren’t your thing, subsitute a skirt , maxi skirt , or shorts. I think it would be fun to do a week’s worth of looks with white bottoms…
Hoping my calves are better tomorrow and that I can actually get dressed…
Gratitude
I am grateful that I own the Isqueeze and was able to use it a few times throughout the day.
I am grateful that my son helped me today, so I didn’t get up as much although I did walk around quite a bit to try to walk it out…
I am grateful that my husband put a new door lock on our front door after the old one broke…
I am grateful that my daughter has a day off Tuesday after a long day in her new position.
I am grateful for leftovers and not having to cook dinner …

Sorry to hear about your soreness.. I can so relate.. One of my friends and I went to Jazzercise classes back in the 80’s twice a week.. We were both in pretty good shape then, but while taking off two weeks for Christmas break, when classes resumed, we both did our little workouts and did ok, next day at work, neither one of us could hardly move.. OMG… The pain is awful… I would much rather work out to some good music that just yoga or something like that… Love all your pins with the white jeans and all the bright colors.. Thanks for a bright spot to my day.. Hope you’re feeling all better soon…

These are all great inspiration outfits. My fave, and one I have pinned also, is that top photo with the white jeans/gray tee. We don’t have much super warm weather here, but I am ready for it to bring what we can get! Spring/summer just feels like such a happier place to me.
Hope your calves are feeling better tomorrow.

Love the Pinterest inspirations! I have some of them already pinned. I like the isqueeze thing; I need something like that being a teacher and on my feet all day. My arches hurt all the time. I tried Shaun T’s 15 min. workout I saw on Dr. Oz awhile back, and it was tough. I had to stop it after a few days because I couldn’t move. Hope you feel better!

I’ve done Shaun T’s Insanity and didn’t have this problem… I honestly must confess that it is my own fault as I saw my weight gain after Valentine”s Day date and exercized in my stocking feet rather than sneaking back in the room and awakening my husband on his rare day to sleep in… Won’t make that mistake again ever!!!!

LeeAnn, hope you don’t mind my “butting in” here! I’m a teacher, too, and when you mentioned that your arches hurt all the time, I just had to say something. Mine did, too, and I just kept pushing through the pain. Then one day, OUCH! Plantar fasciitis, and it hurt SO badly and took SO long to get better. Please try finding some shoes that support your feet better so you don’t end up like me! Read about plantar fasciitis and exercises you can do to help stretch when you wake up or have been sitting for long periods of time. Taping on the bottom of your feet can really help and can’t be seen. I know no one likes wearing ugly shoes, but foot pain is really difficult to endure. I’ve taught 34 years and understand! Bless you, and I hope you can find some shoes that help relieve your arch pain.
