I Think my New Favorite Color Lately is Navy
I Love Navy as a Neutral , Much Better than Black…
My first open toed shoes of the Season… I love these Franco Sarto Franco sandals I bought last year from Ebay and couldn’t wait to wear them again…
I bookended them by belting the tunic with the similar colored belt.
These navy slim crop pants by Jag Jeans were a great find on 6pm.com
I bought them in yellow and bright pink as well…
These pictures don’t show the mauve in the tunic that I was trying to pull out with the purse color…
As a petite woman of 5 ft 3 in, This silhouette of cropped pants
and a tunic length top can be quite intimidating.
These proportions worked well with the belt and heels.
Dear Readers, this outfit was worn over the weekend ,but yesterday, we had wonderful 80 degrees and a nice windy, sunnyday . It’s so nice to have these temps in Spring, as the Summer humidity at the same temperature is suffocating.
Gratitude
I am grateful for the wonderful Spring Day without my sinuses acting up.
I am grateful that my son went apartment hunting today has and has found a suitable roommate.
I am grateful that my daughter has made her final decison and chosen Boston College for her Master’s Program.
I am grateful that my husband is a stand up guy and willing to help others.

I, too, like navy much better than black. With fair skin, I often think navy is more flattering, don’t you? Some people write that anyone can wear black, but next to my face, I think black is too harsh and drains my face of color. You’re wearing a pretty top!

This outfit is GORGEOUS and so, so classy!! Navy is one of my favorite colors to wear. It’s slimming! I think I now need to go buy a pair of navy blue pants. 😉

What a pretty blouse! No open-toed shoes for me today. We woke up to snow, after 75 degrees on Sunday! Only in Ohio.
