Weekend Casual

on:With cooler temps moving in, I relished the opportunity to wear a heavier weight pant
and close toe flats, because before long,
it will be about dressing to survive the Summer heat and humidity!
Linking up with Visible Monday!
I recently bought this chambray shirt from Old Navy to replace one I had that had a cinched in tie waist that wasn’t as versatile….I love the chambray with olive color and can’t wait to see how many more ways I can wear this shirt… I know chambray has been big for a while , but look forward to including it into my style.
I typically stand in a city driveway next door , but it was full of city trucks, so opted for my driveway facing the street forgetting about the ugly green box across the street… Oh well…
Dear Readers, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I had a busy one with time with friends, a movie with family and the wedding of our best friends….Sometimes weekends go by too fast!
This is a busy time with my son’s graduation coming up in less than two weeks!
Gratitude
I am grateful that our dear friends wedding day turned out beautfully!
I am gratefult that my migraine went away and allowed me to fully enjoy the wedding…
I am grateful that Saturday the boys went to see Xmen and my daughter and I went to see Maleficient! Both fabulous movies…..and a fun time with just my daughter is rare…
I am grateful that I got use to he lighter highlights on my hair and am now fulling enjoying the new do…

Very fresh and pretty look, and I love your hair! Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday.

Love your pants, and they do look great with the chambray top. Congrats on your son’s graduation coming up!

All you have to do to avoid the ugly green box is have the photographer walk around a little so you are directly in front of it. That way you will be blocking it and we won’t see it. Easy fix.
Hi Tracey, You’re hair looks great. Hope you’re having a good weekend! Julie
