I really like “Laughter is an instant vacation”! I have found through my 34 years of teaching, that when the tense times come for me – and for the children in my class – if we can have some laughter before the day is through, we all leave happier and more ready to try hard the next day. Young children will even spontaneously come up and give me a hug when I laugh with them, relief written all over their faces. Here’s to smiles and laughter for all of us! That will make ANY outfit look better! 🙂

Suzanne what a wonderful story thank you for sharing. When my children were little I discovered Laughter Yoga and my youngest two and I would do it daily right before they went out to the school bus… It was so wonderful and such special moments… I still have hopes of being a Laughter Yoga Coach when I grow up!
