Darn weather changes are messing me up, started with massive pressure headache
, but as I write this Monday evening, has gone to a low grade fever.
So, what’s a dedicated blogger to do?
This one is going to show you My Lucky Finds from a few weeks ago to the Goodwill Outlet in Hampton, VA .
I first went to the regular thrift store section :
The coloring is way off in this photo, as this is a deep purple color.
I looked up how to get wrinkles out of leather and found this.
Half off for $4.50
I love a great vest ! New York & Co
A bargain at $4.99
These vests pop up at thrift stores all the time in perfect condition and with their high retail pricing the only way i purchase them.
Not sure weather i am keepin this one or giving it to a friend.
I love the quality of DKNY sweaters and this one sang to me…
I usually refrain from visible labels ,but this is one exception.
The Remaining Items were all from the Outlet section of the store, which are items from local stores that didn’t sell in a certain time frame and get taken here where you peruse through big blue carts of them. These are sold by the pound and come up to less than a dollar a piece.
Loft Sweater with hood- giving to a friend
This is a very heavy super cozy sweater and the first find among the bins..
The Leather skirt pictured above is a deeper hue of this colring.
I like this color and it looks great with grey!
Thought this would work under jacket now and be great for Sping on it’s own..
I liked this a lot better after I removed the black faux leather elbow patches
And a petite owner had already snipped the buttons and sewed the sleeves up.
i don’t have very many pullover sweaters so was looking to add a few and figured I could layer this under
my blush moto as well as the suede cherry red blazer.
Dear Readers. I am off to bed and a darkened room because my headache has subsided but lights are still causing problems… I hope tomorrow is a much better day and that others of you are not dealing with problems due to the changes in barmotic pressure and swinging changes in temps….I can thank both my parents who had asthma and allergies for this, but am grateful that I never had asthma!!!
My favorites in this haul have to be the leather skirt and the purple sweater. Any one have any final advice before attempt to ge the wriniles out of that skirt?
I checked for typos, but with halo effect of migraine. could have missed some…
