There is nothing I like better in Spring /Summer than to wear a Dress or Skirt
With Temps Near 80 on Satureday, I dared to show my white legs…
I saw a saying on Pinterest that said:
PALE,
I AM NOT PALE!
IT”S CALLED
PORCELAIN
AND I AM ROCKING IT!
I found this Target dress at Goodwill for just $3.50 .
You have to love the NEW WITH TAGS items you find there for great prices…
As I was doing this pose, my 14 year old son and photographer told me I looked stiff…
I thought it was because I wasn’t holding a purse..
So, I tried this…but I think it was my smile that was off and looking stiff…
I think it was still stiff when I switched to my side pose, where I always feel Sassy…
The truth is I was worried about how my stomach would look in the photos..
It looked fine in the mirror, but the wind was blowing and trust me I have a photo I will not reveal here that demonstrates exactly what I feared…
This is my first time wearing my new Birki’s from 6pm. com, I love the soft bed of these!
And if you haven’t heard yet , Birki’s and look a likes are big this season…
Gratitude
I am grateful that my husband had a wonderful three days of training and is now back home.
I am grateful for the wonderful forum members on You LOOK Fab, who helped me come up with ideas for a skirt that came in a lot of 6 that I purchased on Ebay…(will show you soon)
I am grateful a great conversation with my oldest as he plans for his apartment decor.

I LOVE this post for so many reasons! 😀 1st, the porcelain saying is too cute! LOL 2nd, your dress is A-DOR-A-BLE! You look cute in it! 3rd, your close-up picture is a really good one of you! I don’t think you have ANY reason to worry about your stomach…geesh…LOL. You look very fit, Tracey & have done such a good job & should be VERY proud! Even if you did o a bit of a belly, I have always thought that just a little bit of a belly can actually be cute. (I know you must think I’m nutty) Again~ love your dress & have a wonderful week! I hope your allergies & such are saying AWAY! 🙂

Thanks ,you are so kind! Just feeling bloated so that’s why the stomach comment…I’ve been taking lots of meds and doing better with sinuses. Rain this week should help!!

Cute dress! I love when I find thrifted items with the tags still attached; doesn’t happen too often, though. That saying is perfect for my oldest daughter and me. We both have “porcelain” skin, but everyone tells us how pale we are. Neither of us tan. My doctor told me that I have gorgeous and healthy skin so that’s my reply to those people. I wish we had warmer weather; this weekend was sunny, but it was only near 50. Chilly!

I had a plastic surgeon compliment my skin and ask me what I was doing while the rest of my generation was frying theirs in the sun….Best compliment, I’ve ever received! That being said I am all for going tanning for a short time before beach vacations as it does prevent me from burning and having a miserable time after day one…
